NOW HEAR THIS!
Thanks, Dianna. I"m looking forward to seeing my granddaughters and
daughter in law; I'm just not looking forward to getting there! (I
hate flying!) I'd rather take a train, anyday. Although, come to think
of it, I believe the last time I rode the train was when my daughter was
about l8 months old and she is now 50! Probably wouldn't even enjoy the
train now!

My son flew down from Ohio to 'escort' me; my children are sure that,
if I travelled alone, I would fall somewhere, or something! (I had knee
replacements several years ago and my cane is always with me! It is
difficult to adjust from being so darned independent to being treated
as if I am incapable. I know it is not that, really. I just miss my
independence! But I am grateful that the children(?) feel this way!.

Thanks!

Pat H.
