Sandy; You are so blesses! I wish I could try some of his liver and onions. I can't find anyone in my family who even will tolerate them. And treasure your husband. he's a jewel. Pat

Thanks for sharing. I never mind cooking or grilling. But I do tend to treat myself at least once a week to a crockpot dinner (it does all the work) or a "take care of the leftovers night". During our power outage of 61/2 days, both my grills were in constant use. I think I cooked for half the neighborhood. I think I missed my calling...:)
The one dish he is exemplary at cooking is Liver and Onions. I realize this one of those dishes....you like or hate. One of my next door neighbors loves liver and onions, and never has it at home....so when Brian cooks it up...always enough for Al. I tease Brian about the mess he makes, but he does not cook that often. I know I would surely miss his messes if he was no longer with me....
He once tried to make homemade biscuits....flour allllll over the place, even the dog was floured. Then he tried to wash her off with a hose....I laughed for days over that one. Lady Leah was not amused though. We forgave him and still love him.
