My husband was not one to do any cooking--EXCEPT when the family went camping. He would be the first one up to fire up the camp stove---which was a hole in the ground, surrounded by rocks. Not long after the girls and I would smell the bacon and eggs cooked just the way we all wanted. Of course, we all wanted them cooked the same way. One of the things he told me in later years--when he was bedfast---that I used to make him get up and cook his own breakfast. I reminded him that I had 4 children in 6 years and I sure did make him get up and fix breakfast if I had a bad night. He has been gone for 16 years now---wish he was still here---I WOULD GET U and fix his breakfast. I miss him everyday
